ARGO GONDOLA FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN
NEW! Information regarding the Argo Gondola Final Development Plan (FDP) for the Planning Commission public hearing to be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at 6 PM Virtually. The City Council Public Hearing on this Project will be held on Tuesday May 26 at 7 PM Virtually. Public Comment will be received at both public hearings. Information about this project can be viewed and downloaded here: Project Files. If you would like to view a physical copy of the project files at City Hall, you can do so by appointment only (you will be required to wear a mask). This is a public virtual meeting. The Public will be able to view and hear this meeting remotely at the following address: http://www.colorado.gov/pacific/idahosprings/city-council-live. There will be opportunities for residents to provide public comment, either over the phone or in person during the meeting at City Hall. To sign up for Public Comment, please email or call City Clerk Diane Breece, 303.567.4421 or firstname.lastname@example.org. You must sign up for public comment by 4PM on Wednesday May 20, 2020.
During the meeting, staff will call people who signed up for public comment. Staff will attempt to reach each person who signed up for comment by calling the telephone number provided by each person 1 time only. If you sign up for comment, it is important that you (1) provide an accurate and clearly legible name and phone number; and (2) are available to answer a call at that number when called. Each public comment will be limited in duration to 3 minutes time.
