A Blight Study is being undertaken by the City of Idaho Springs. A Community Meeting was held on Monday, March 26, 2019 at City Hall. Information from that meeting can be downloaded.

Tesla Charging Station Final Development Plan

Public hearings for a Tesla Charging station have been scheduled. The Planning Commission meeting is June 5 at 6PM. The City Council meeting has been scheduled for June 10 at 7pm.

Soda Creek Highlands Community Meeting

A Community Meeting for the Soda Creek Highlands Project was held on Thursday, December 13 at 5:30 PM at City Hall in Idaho Springs.

The Soda Creek Highlands is a proposed multifamily project consisting of townhouses and condominiums of up to 345 units. 

The project is located above (west) of Pine Slop Road on approximately 45 acres (adjacent to the City-owned water tank).

This community meeting was an opportunity for interested parties to be introduced to the project, ask questions, and offer feedback.
