VARIANCE BOARD REMOTE HEARING FOR 195 MONTANE

A remote meeting of the Variance Board to consider a setback variance request for a single-family home is scheduled for Wednesday, June 17 at 5 PM. This is a continuance of a hearing from May. This is a public virtual meeting. The Public will be able to view and hear this meeting remotely at the following address: http://www.colorado.gov/pacific/idahosprings/city-council-live.

During the meeting, staff will call people who signed up for public comment. Staff will attempt to reach each person who signed up for comment by calling the telephone number provided by each person 1 time only. If you sign up for comment, it is important that you (1) provide an accurate and clearly legible name and phone number; and (2) are available to answer a call at that number when called. Each public comment will be limited in duration to 3 minutes time.There will be opportunities for residents to provide public comment, either over the phone or in person during the meeting at City Hall. ARGO GONDOLA FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN

The City Council Public Hearing on this Project will be held on Tuesday May 26 at 7 PM Virtually. Public Comment will be received at both public hearings. COMMUNITY MEETING WAS HELD FOR 1628  VIRGINIA STREET HABITAT FOR HUMANITY PROJECT

COMMUNITY MEETING SCHEDULED FOR POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ON SCHOOL PROPERTIES.

A community meeting was scheduled to discuss redevelopment of Gold Digger Field, the County Bus Maintenance Facility, and the Former Middle / High School Property.
