e-Consult Request for Proposals (RFP)
Update RFP is closed
SIM is soliciting proposals from health care entities to plan for or expand the use of electronic consultations (e-Consults) to increase patient access to care across Colorado. E-Consults are a cost-effective complement to help primary and specialty care teams provide the right care in the right setting, which positions them for success with value-based payment models that reward the delivery of value- over volume-based health care. Funding will be awarded to three health systems to evaluate workflow, engage providers, support technology and create an implementation plan to advance e-Consults in Colorado. Review the information below for more information and make sure to submit a proposal by Nov. 19.
