Provider Next Steps

Thank you for submitting your enrollment or revalidation application. Please read the instructions below to learn about your next steps.

If you are a new provider or an existing provider adding a service location not currently enrolled with DXC Technology (others, see below):

After you submit your online application, here's what takes place:

  1. Your application is reviewed by DXC analysts.
  2. Your application is denied, rejected, RTP'd, approved, etc. (RTP is when DXC returns your application for correction. These are the emails you receive with "reasons".)
  3. Once your application has been approved by DXC, you get an approval email.
  4. Register for the Provider Web Portal.

If you provided services to Medicaid members prior to receiving your Medicaid ID, you may also want to complete the backdate form. A backdate is when we change your enrollment effective date to a date in the past; this allows you to submit claims for past dates. Once DXC has processed your backdate request, they will mail you another letter with your new effective date.

How long will it take to get my revalidation/screening results?

  • If you are a new provider, Provider Enrollment responses can take up to 4-6 weeks.
  • Please note: this timeline might be affected by risk level and whether you are requesting a hardship exemption for the application fee.

If you are an existing provider and your application is for a service location currently enrolled with DXC Technology:

After you submit your online application, here's what takes place:

  1. Your application reviewed by DXC analysts.
  2. Your application is denied, rejected, RTP'd, approved, etc. (RTP is when DXC returns your application for correction. These are the emails you receive with "reasons".)
  3. Once your application has been approved in DXC, you get an approval email.
  4. That's it! You are now set up for the Colorado interchange (iC), and you have also completed your revalidation requirements.
  5. Please continue billing as usual, and if you need to make any updates to your information, you can do so via the Provider Web Portal.

If I was previously a provider, will I need to request a backdate to keep my previous effective date?

  • No. If you used the same information as your previous enrollment DXC will match up the ID and automatically backdate you to the previous effective date.

How long will it take to get my revalidation/screening results?

  • We apologize for the delay in approvals. If you are an existing provider, you should see Provider Enrollment responses within 3-4 weeks. We appreciate your patience while we work through these new processes.
  • Please note: this timeline might be affected by risk level and whether you are requesting a hardship exemption for the application fee.
