The Medical Clean Claims Task Force was created as a result of the passage of House Bill 10-1332, which was signed by the Governor in May of 2010. This bill required the Executive Director of the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing to assemble a group of industry and government representatives to develop a standardized set of payment rules and claim edits to be used by payers and health care providers in Colorado. Stakeholders for this task force were selected to represent a broad spectrum of the health care community. All task force decisions are made by a consensus vote from all 25 task force members. All meetings for the board and each subcommittee are open to the public, and can be attended in person, or accessed by webinar or conference call.
Our committee meets monthly by conference call. Call-in information can be found in the posted agenda.
Once a quarter, the committee meets in-person. The quarterly meeting location will be posted below in the Location column.
