Executive Director Public Rule Review Meetings

Public Rule Review Meetings are scheduled prior to Executive Director Rulemaking meetings and are open to the public. The Executive Director is responsible for setting forth rules in connection with the policies and procedures governing the administration of the department.

Interested parties are invited to attend this meeting to discuss proposed upcoming changes to the Department's administrative rules with staff. This meeting is scheduled prior to presentation of proposed rule changes at the Executive Director of the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing rule hearing and information from this public discussion will be made available to the Executive Director.

This meeting is in addition to the scheduled Executive Director of the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing rule hearing and does not take the place of public testimony on proposed rule changes at this hearing. It is intended to provide interested parties an opportunity to offer input to staff prior to the presentation of proposed rule changes at the public Executive Director of the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing rule hearing.
