Community Living Advisory Group Report Published:

On September 30, 2014, the Community Living Advisory Group submitted its Final Report to the Governor and the Executive Directors of the Colorado Departments of Health Care Policy and Financing, and Human Services.  This report included recommendations related to Colorado's LTSS entry point system.  For more information, please see the Community Living Advisory Group "Final Recommendations Report and Resources" Webpage.  The Department thanks the Entry Point / Eligibility Subcommittee Co-Chairs and Members for their hard work and success!


The Entry Point / Eligibility Subcommittee is charged with:
  • Conducting a complete review of the entry point functions regarding access and enrollment in the various long-term services and supports systems (SEP, CCB, ARCH)
  • Evaluating and recommending needed restructuring of the process for Medicaid eligibility and determination of service level need
  • Exploring the issue of presumptive eligibility, beginning with a focus on presumptive eligibility best practices from other states and their applicability to the Colorado system

As of March 2013, this subcommittee has been meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, 10 a.m. - Noon, at KRMA-TV, 1089 Bannock Street, Denver.

NOTE: The Entry Point Subcommittee meetings for August 2014 and September 2014 have been canceled.
