DDDweb is the name of an application that links several data systems supported by DIDD. This application is web based and can be accessible through the Internet.

If you do not see one of the following screens after clicking the 'Login to the DDDWeb Application' link (left table) or it does not accept you password, you must contact Colorado Department of Human Services Helpdesk unit. You can reach the Helpdesk at 303-866-5204 or via email at PC.HELPDESK@state.co.us. Before you contact the Helpdesk, please be sure that you are entering your correct User ID and password (case sensitive).
A wide range of qualified individuals and agencies provides services for the Division for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DIDD). Staff at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) recommend Program Approval for qualified providers. Follow the link below to get to the most updated list of Program Approved Service Agencies on the CDPHE website.
