Continuous Improvement Learning Sessions

The Continuous Improvement Team will be collaborating with the HCPF County Administration Unit and conducting 4 Continuous Improvement (CI) Learning Sessions during the 2nd Quarter Quality Incentive meetings. These sessions will be directed towards QA staff at Eligibility Sites, with a focus on reaching a higher Quality Assurance maturity level for your office.

  • February 16, 2021 - 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • February 18, 2021 - 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
  • February 22, 2021 - 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • February 23, 2021 - 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Invitations to these Sessions will be sent out by the HCPF County Administration Unit to County Directors and designated County QA staff.
