Project manager for the Medicaid Provider Rate Review Process, including research, analysis, guidance, as well as reporting of rates, access, and quality. Facilitates Medicaid Provider Rate Review Advisory Committee (MPRRAC) meetings. Facilitates stakeholder participation in the Rate Review Process.

Conducts data validation and works with contracted actuaries to perform the rate comparison analysis.

Matt Wellens, Payment Reform Analyst

Conducts data validation and works with contracted actuaries to perform access to care analyses.
