The CICP Stakeholder Forum was created in October 2007 and meets quarterly, or as otherwise scheduled. Representatives of stakeholders attend in person or participate through teleconferencing. This forum is to provide an informal environment for CICP client advocates, participating providers and other stakeholders to exchange ideas, review policies and make recommendations to the Department that address the CICP eligibility process, provider relations, client relations, and other pertinent issues.
The CICP Executive Forum is typically meets twice each year. Executive Forums for clinic and hospital CICP providers may be held jointly or separately. CFOs, CEOs and other high-level policy decision makers from CICP participating providers and client advocates are invited participate in this forum to discuss CICP policy and make recommendations to the Department.
Attendance via conference call will be made available for each meeting.
