The CICP newsletter is provided to CICP providers. The information contained in the newsletter is to provide clarification on CICP policies and procedures, and updates on Departmental news. The newsletter is delivered quarterly via email to current CICP providers. Other interested stakeholders can download copies here.
The Department will host public comment meetings to seek input from the public on the regulations outlined within 10 CCR 2505-10 8.900 for the CICP. These meetings are solely for the purpose of identifying those rules which are duplicative, unclear, overlapping, outdated, or inconsistent. The Department would like to involve stakeholders in the drafting process of identified rules that may be re-written to incorporate their perspectives and ideas where possible. The actual re-write of the rules will be conducted at a later date. Below are the meeting dates and times.
