BUS Third Party User Access Tracker

Below is a list of the Requests for BUS Access/Modification/Revocations that have been recently received by HCPF. If you have submitted an application in the last 48 hours, but do not see it in the list below, please email Rhonda Johnson.
Once an application has been completed, a date will be entered in the "Resolved" column. If you have not received the BUS Access from the HCPF Security Administrator, please email Rhonda Johnson. Depending upon volume and available resources, BUS Applications can take up to two weeks to process.  Please make sure to submit revocation forms in a timely manner for employees who are no longer working for your agency.
