Advocates' Communication Meeting

Purpose

The purpose of the Advocates Communication (AdCom) meeting is to ensure ongoing, transparent, and collaborative communication between the Division for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DIDD) and the advocacy stakeholders.

General Meeting Schedule

The meetings of the AdCom are divided into two types:  Advocates-Only AdCom meetings and Joint HCPF/DIDD and Advocates AdCom meetings.

  • The JOINT DIDD/ADVOCATES meetings occur during January, April, July and October

  • The ADVOCATES ONLY meetings occur during February, March, May, June, August, september, November and December

All AdCom meetings are scheduled for the 4th Friday of the month, 10:30 am - 12:30 pm, and are in-person and call-in.

AdCom Meeting Location

The location of the AdCom meetings varies, due to venue limitations.  Please see the meeting documents below for a given month, or contact the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (see below) to be added to the email list to receive meeting reminders and documents.
