Accountable Care Collaborative Public Reporting

About Public Reporting in Phase II

One of the primary objectives of Accountable Care Collaborative is to ensure greater accountability and transparency. One way the Department will increase the transparency of the ACC is to share data on clinical and utilization measures that are used to monitor the program and its vendors. In addition to the clinical and utilization measures, the Department will share data on social determinant of health metrics to highlight the roles Regional Accountable Entities (RAEs) play in supporting overall population health. These measures are important for tracking utilization of services and access to care. The public health measures are equally critical for monitoring the social and environmental factors that affect the overall cost and health of our members. The public reporting dashboard is designed to help the RAEs identify the health needs of their Members on a population level and provide stakeholders with a means to hold the RAEs accountable for performance and quality improvement.

Public Reporting Dashboard

The dashboard is currently in development. The dashboard will provide stakeholders with an interactive tool to track RAE performance and trends over time. The initial measures that will be included in the dashboard are the ACC’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and a set of clinical and social determinant of health measures. The Department anticipates that the measure set will evolve and grow over time. Click on the links below to see how the public reporting measures will be calculated.
