Schedule for Water Billing for the City of Florence
First working day of the month Water Bills go out.
- November Friday the 1st
- December Monday the 2nd
*** Payment is due by the last working day of the month.
Around the 15th-16th Shut Off Notices go out.
- October Tuesday the 15th
- November Wednesday the 13th
- December Monday the 16th
*** To avoid interruption in water service, a payment of at least half of the balance due must be made by the end of the current month.
Door hangers for Shut Offs go out around the first working day of the month.
- October Wednesday the 2nd
- November Monday the 4th
- December Tuesday the 3rd
*** To avoid interruption in water service, a full payment must be made before the day of shut off ( Door Hanger will have shut off date).
Physical Shut Offs.
- October Monday the 7th
- November Wednesday the 6th
- December Thursday 5th
*** Physical Shut offs are never done on Fridays.
*** To avoid interruption in water service, a full payment must be made before the day of shut off. (To turn water back on there is a fee of $10.00).
How to make a Payment:
- To pay online: https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/florencecolorado/online-bill-payment
- Drop off a check at our drive-thru drop box or the drop box near the front door.
- Pay at the front desk with:
- Credit Card
