EVRPD Offers four recreational baseball programs for children starting at 3 years of age all the way through 14 years of age. These offerings are intended to be instructional progams that focus on skill development, psoitive socail interaction, teamwork and fun. All participants will get playing time. Programs that are league based will have two practices per week during the season. All participants will receive shirts and hats as part of the registration fee. Scholarships are available for all EVRPD youth sports, but are limited. registering and applying for a scholarship early is encouraged. The EVRPD Four Star Baseball program is a recreational travel league comprised of teams from smaller Front Range towns. Four Star focuses on fun, sportsmanship, and knowledge of the game, with a taste of higher competition than some of our other baseball offerings. Due to the nature of this program parents should expect to travel to and from games. We will also host some home games during the season as well as travel. Some games mat be cancelled due to weather and will be resceheduled if the schedule and time permit.

** A copy of the participant's birth certificate must be provided at the time of sign-up. No exceptions. Do not expect EVRPD to have birth certificates on file from previous years.
Games begin in June and go through July. All game times are 6pm unless otherwise noted for double header or availability of lights. Teams play games twice a week, with a minimum of one practice a week. There are no games over July1st or 4th.

Each division will be limited to the first 30 players to register. Each age division will be limited to the first 15 who register. A waiting list will then be kept until a total of 26 players register, at which time two teams will be formed. The status of forming the number of teams will be determined by the amount registered by the deadline. Due to league scheduling, no teams will be formed after the registration deadline. Teams may not be formed by the order in which registered. See EVRPD Team Formation Policy for full policy.

**NEW for 2017** On-line registration will be available for 4 Star through our new E-trak program software! Or you may come into the Recreation Office at Stanley Park to register. Located at 380 Community Drive, open M-F, 9am-5pm. Registration is accepted on a first come/first served basis.
EVRPD is sponsors a Youth Baseball program during the summer. These leagues emphasize basic skills, rules, sportsmanship, and fun. Players will use a soft baseball hit from a tee to overcome the fear of being hit by the ball. Players will be placed on teams with volunteer coaches. Practices and games will be held at the Stanley Park ballfields. Parents are encouraged to volunteer coach.
Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays ONLY; 6/7/16-7/19/16Practice & Game Dates/Times: **Teams will practice once a week on Tuesdays and play a game once a week on Thursdays, with the exception of the first week. There will be 3 practices before the first game on Thursday, June 16. Practice Dates/Times: June 7, 9 (Thursday), 14, 21, 28, July 5, 12, 19. 3:30-4:30pm. *Practices are all Tuesday's and the first Thursday will also be a practice. Game Dates/Times: June *16, 23, 30, July 7, 14, 21. 5:30-6:30pm. **Please note the first day of games, June 16, times vary due to Ride the Rockies. The T-ball games will be at 3:30 and 4:30pm.
