CLAUDE MONET AT THE DENVER ART MUSUEM The Denver Art Museum will be home to the most comprehensive U.S. exhibition of Monet paintings in more than two decades. The exhibition will feature more than 120 paintings spanning Monet's entire career and will focus on the celebrated French Impressionist artist's enduring relationship with nature and his response to the varried and distinct places in which he worked. Trip fee includes round-trip transportation, parking, timed ticket with docent lead tour, plus admission to the rest of the museum. We will stop for lunch at "Dozen's resturant prior to museum tour. BEGINNER YOGA Beginner's Yoga is designed for those who have had little or no previous exposure to yoga, with a desire to learn and start experiencing the amazing benefits of a yoga practice. LINE DANCE PARTY - SPECIALTY FITNESS An hour of back-to-back line dances. Classes are fun, energetic, and a great way to shed pounds, socialize, and make new friends. No partner required. SWEATING TO THE 80's - SPECIALTY FITNESS Throw on your leotards and leg warmers because it’s time to get moving and sweat to some totally tubular 80’s tunes! Sessions will be focused on performing a series of movements and dances set to the hottest hits of the 1980's. AARP DRIVER SAFETY COURSE The AARP Driver Safety program is designed to help drivers live more independently as they age and remain safe on today’s roads. The one-day course covers defensive driving skills as well as practical techniques for adjusting to the normal changes in vision, hearing and reaction time associated with aging.

THE GREAT COURSES LECTURE SERIES: UNDERSTANDING THE UNIVERSE; AN INTRODUCTION TO ASTRONOMY, 2nd EDITION - MEETS WEEKLY A continuation from the summer series, we will now look at Part 2: "The Contents of the Universe". This visially rich course is desidened to provide a nontechnical descripiton of mordern astromnomy, incliding the structure and evolution of planets, stars, galaxies, and the Universe as a whole. During this series we will focus o two different aspects of " The Contents of the Universe" Unit 1: "Our Solar System" will review the major componets of our own planetary systems, including the sun, planets and their moons, comets, asteroids and the Kuiper-belt objects. The discover of a distant body larger than Pluto and the subsequent, highly controversial demotion of Pluto from planetary status which made headlines world wide will also be discussed. Unit 2: "Other Planetary Systems" will look at the formation of other stars and planetary systems, as well as the discovery of such extrasolar plants. During the past decade, about 200 planets have been found orbiting other stars, making this one of the most exciting areas of modern astronomy. The search for extraterrestrial life is also described. ROCKY ROLLERS WII BOWLING - WEEKLY Wii bowling attracts the feeling and effects of being in a real bowling alley. It allows players to mimic all the critical motions of real-life bowling by using simple motion controls — bowling the ball is as easy as flicking your wrist. Players can adjust the speed of their throws by swinging the remote faster, and can add spin to the ball by twisting their wrist as they throw. Players can even create a Mii in their own liking to use while playing. It is easy to lean and play.
