Adult Jazz Dance

Dance is a full-body workout that improves memory, coordination, balance, strength, rhythm, self-expression and creativity. Students will learn jazz styles, technique and whole dances in a safe, fun environment.

An hour of back-to-back line dances in a fun, energetic class that offers a great way to meet friends, shed pounds, and socialize. No partner required. If you have previous experience with dance, that's great, and if you don't, you can either follow along and learn as you go or take a break until your favorite song begins. Move to the music of today's country, your favorite oldies, disco and more.
