Youth


Tumbling Level 1
Megan Hartzog
Ages 3-5. This class will focus on roundoffs, cartwheels, handstands, bridge, bridge-from-standing, back and front walkovers.   
FEE:  $40 for six-week series

Tween Functional Fitness Groups
Ryan Hale
Ages 8-13. Tweens will learn the basics of proper form and movement in functional and resistance training settings with Certified Athletic Trainer Ryan Hale in this comprehensive class that addresses every major muscle group with a wide range of variations. Open to tweens wanting to improve athletic performance, build self-esteem through achievement, or learn proper technique to foster growth
FEE:  $120 for four-week series

Teen Jazz Dance

Ages 11-18. Learn the basics of jazz dance technique and theatrical Broadway styles in the fun and funky dance class designed just for teens who want to improve their musical theatre dance and performance skills. Please wear jazz shoes and comfortable clothes.
FEE:  $64 for eight-week series

3D Printing Classes
Ages 8-16. Do you enjoy imagining creatures, devices, or a new world? Come learn how to bring them to life through 3D printing! You will learn how to design pieces using TinkerCAD, a free web-based modeling program. You will also learn the 3D printing process and other tools for designing and drafting. We believe in learning through doing, so you will be able to 3D print your designs each week starting from the very first class. Please bring a laptop or contact Amy at ahodge@evrpd.com to reserve a laptop.
FEE:  $50 per three-hour class

School of Breaking Dance Workshop
Ages 6-18. BBoy Chase 'Em Down Chase Evered a.k.a. “Chase 'Em Down” is a Professional Dancer/BBoy and Co-Owner of School of Breaking in Aurora, Colorado. Chase also represents the legendary Soul Control Crew who resides out of California. Chase will be traveling to Estes Park to provide an awesome breakdance workshop for youth who are interested in dance and music!
FEE:   $30

Music for Me!

Through a series of integrated music and movement activities, children are joyfully taught music in an informal, playful way. Children develop sensory awareness, early literacy, motor, creative and social skills while gaining a wide repertoire of music through singing, playing games, and getting to explore small instruments. The First Steps in Music curriculum used is a developmentally appropriate and carefully researched early childhood music program by Dr. John Feierabend. Ages 3-5.

Ages 8 and up. Learn the basics of juggling as well as some tricks along the way.

Banjo Lessons
David Potter
Ages 13 and up. Lessons for banjo include assimilating beginning rolls and picking techniques, learning banjo tablature, basic chords, and learning popular banjo songs.  The recommended age for beginning banjo is 13.  It is also very helpful (but not required) to have some string instrument experience prior to taking banjo lessons.  Lesson plans will initially be given by instructor; however, a book may be recommended at a future date.  If you have any questions, feel free to call David Potter at 720-383-5713.
FEE:  $30 per 1/2-hour session

Guitar Lessons

Ages 8 and up. Lessons for beginner guitar students will be focused on learning basic chords, strumming techniques, learning popular songs, and reading music notation as well as tablature. For more intermediate players, the focus will be tailored to the needs of the student. The recommended age is 8 and older unless previous permission is granted by instructor. Lesson plans will be given by the instructor so there is no need to purchase any extra materials. If you have any questions, feel free to call David Potter at 720-383-5713.

Energy, Vibration, and the Law of Attraction

This workshop will introduce you to the basic principles of energy and how it works, vibration and how to improve it, and how the law of attraction is already working in your life whether you acknowledge it or not. We will discuss simple daily practices that you can start working with that will awaken your energy and raise your vibration, so that you can envision and attract the life, health, relationships, creativity, travels, opportunities, and money flow that your soul desires and that you so deserve. Please bring a pen/pencil and a journal for note-taking and self-reflection exercises.

Wellness Coaching Group: The Paths to Gratitude

Led by Certified Wellness Coach Amy Hodge, this series will include personal exploration as well as group discussion to enhance overall quality of life.

Individual Wellness Coaching

Ages 16 and up. Coaching is a supportive conversation. Your Certified Wellness Coach, Amy Hodge, will ask you questions about your general health, energy level, sleep quality, nutrition, exercise habits, and what you do for fun. Your coach will ask which areas you would like to focus on and support you in making specific action goals so that you may begin to see and feel positive changes in those areas.
FEE:  $30 per 1/2-hour session, $50 per 50-minute session

Parent & Tot Boot Camp

Designed for parents to be able to squeeze in a great workout with their baby (ages 6 weeks-4 years) by their side, this class is formatted to stimulate baby's visual senses and early developmental social needs. Parent & Tot Boot Camp is a moderate impact, boot camp-style class that incorporates cardio drills, strength training, weight lifting, and core building exercises. This class is open to all fitness levels and can be modified to all stages of post pregnancy after six weeks post-partum. Please bring a stroller and blanket for baby. For multiple children, each child must be in a car seat or stroller.
FEE:  $20 for six-week series / $35 for 10-class pass (can also be used for Parent & Tot HIIT)

Rock Your Chakras with Hydr02ga ®
Ages 14+. This is an invitation to experience the three forms of human energetic systems with HydrO2ga® meta-physical information and mind- body deep water movement. Explore your Chakra System, discover the Human Electromagnetic Field and view the Universal Energetic Field. Each class will focus on the aspects of each Chakra, the relationship to the Human Electromagnetic Field, and the connection with the Universal Energy Field.  Participants will be introduced to techniques and HydrO2ga® deep water exercise that can facilitate balance for the energetic systems of their beings. Physical movement that stretches, strengthen, tones, and provides aerobic movement for a specific chakra and the related fields.

Let's get down and boogie!
