Tumbling Level 1

Tween Functional Fitness Groups
Ages 8-13. Tweens will learn the basics of proper form and movement in functional and resistance training settings with Certified Athletic Trainer Ryan Hale in this comprehensive class that addresses every major muscle group with a wide range of variations. Teen Jazz Dance
Ages 11-18. 3D Printing Classes
Ages 8-16. Do you enjoy imagining creatures, devices, or a new world? Come learn how to bring them to life through 3D printing! You will learn how to design pieces using TinkerCAD, a free web-based modeling program. You will also learn the 3D printing process and other tools for designing and drafting. We believe in learning through doing, so you will be able to 3D print your designs each week starting from the very first class. School of Breaking Dance Workshop
Ages 6-18. BBoy Chase 'Em Down Chase Evered a.k.a. “Chase 'Em Down” is a Professional Dancer/BBoy and Co-Owner of School of Breaking in Aurora, Colorado. Chase also represents the legendary Soul Control Crew who resides out of California. Music for Me!
Through a series of integrated music and movement activities, children are joyfully taught music in an informal, playful way. Children develop sensory awareness, early literacy, motor, creative and social skills while gaining a wide repertoire of music through singing, playing games, and getting to explore small instruments. The First Steps in Music curriculum used is a developmentally appropriate and carefully researched early childhood music program by Dr. John Feierabend. Ages 13 and up. Lessons for banjo include assimilating beginning rolls and picking techniques, learning banjo tablature, basic chords, and learning popular banjo songs. The recommended age for beginning banjo is 13. It is also very helpful (but not required) to have some string instrument experience prior to taking banjo lessons. Lesson plans will initially be given by instructor; however, a book may be recommended at a future date. Ages 8 and up. Lessons for beginner guitar students will be focused on learning basic chords, strumming techniques, learning popular songs, and reading music notation as well as tablature. For more intermediate players, the focus will be tailored to the needs of the student. The recommended age is 8 and older unless previous permission is granted by instructor. Ages 16 and up. Coaching is a supportive conversation. Parent & Tot Boot Camp is a moderate impact, boot camp-style class that incorporates cardio drills, strength training, weight lifting, and core building exercises. This class is open to all fitness levels and can be modified to all stages of post pregnancy after six weeks post-partum. Please bring a stroller and blanket for baby.
