Note: Credit Card Payments and Electronic Funds Transfer is now available through the Xpress Bill Pay link. There is no charge for Electronic Funds Transfer. A $5.00 convenience fee for Credit Card Payments will be assessed on the credit card transaction and added to the amount of your payment.

Follow the Xpress Bill Pay Link above. You will need your Evergreen Metro District Account Number each time you log in.
Evergreen Metro District e-statements are now available. The link above will allow you to sign up to access your statements on-line. From the login page, select click here to enroll. Enter your account name and account number from your last mailed statement and follow the prompts.
When to make them
Payments are due on the due date stated on your water bill. If payments are made after that date you may be assessed a delinquent fee. Once the payment has become two months delinquent a $15 late charge is also assessed.

When using the e-Pay website for payment on delinquent accounts, the Customer MUST:
1.) Account for a $60 Disconnect/Reconnect Fee and the $5.00 Convenience Fee for credit card payments which is NOT reflected in the Balance Due. This MUST be paid in full before service can be re-instated.
2.) Call the Billing Department during normal business hours ( Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm) at 303-674-4112 with the Credit Card Payment Confirmation Number so that service can be re-instated.
Please Note: If your water has been disconnected and you pay on-line AFTER 3:00PM, it will NOT be turned on until after 8:30AM the following morning.

· No lost or misplaced statements, your payment is always on time.

· It’s easy to sign up for, easy to cancel.
To authorize Evergreen Metro District to deduct your payment automatically, fill in the Authorization Form below.
Print the form and return it with your payment. Account must be paid to a “0” balance. When your bill says “Do Not Pay”, you will know your payment will be made automatically.
Payment will be withdrawn on the “Due Date” on your statement.
To fill in the form properly, please print your bank name and address. Check the appropriate box to indicate whether this is a checking or savings account. Carefully print the Bank Routing number (always nine digits on the left side of your check) and your Bank Account number (the middle set of numbers-number of digits may vary) on the lines provided. Print your name and phone number.
We have a 24-hour drop box for payment convenience. For your security, please do not leave cash payments in the drop box.
If your account is in danger of disconnect, and you visit during business hours, please bring your payment in to the office rather than leaving it in the drop box to ensure prompt processing.
