The Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S.) are the codified general and permanent statutes of the Colorado General Assembly. The Medical Marijuana Code is comprised of Title *,44 Article 11, and Sections 101 et. seq. (44*-11-101 et. seq. C.R.S.) and the Retail Marijuana Code is comprised of Title 44*, Article 12 and Sections 101 et. seq. (44*-12-101 eq. seq. C.R.S.)
