During the liquor stakeholder meeting on January 7, 2019, the working group asked the Liquor Enforcement Division (LED) to provide more clarity concerning the bona fide loyalty and rewards program and the difference between a point-based rewards program and a loyalty-based customer program.
 
The LED is providing an updated draft of regulation 47-321 that addresses how each program will workThe draft language found in 47-321 will be updated for the entire rule packet for the rule making hearing on January 14, 2019.
