Liquor - Responsible Vendor Trainers
Dear Responsible Vendor Trainers,
The Colorado Liquor Enforcement held a series of Working Groups last year, which identified two items directly related to responsible vendor training.
1. Language was added to Regulation 47-605 that mandates records retention for entities who provide responsible vendor training. Below is the added language effective February 14, 2015.
F. Records RetentionThe certified seller – server training program providers for the Responsible Alcohol Beverage Vendor Program must keep proof of attendance and records of successful completion of the training for a minimum of three (3) years and make the records available to the Liquor Enforcement Division upon request.
Once approved for live-streaming training, the Division will add the term "Live Streaming Offered" next to the Approved Vendor list on our website who will be offering this training. As we do not wish to seem biased... we would like to post them all at once. Please respond to this email by March 20, 2015 if you want the added notation of providing live streaming.
The Division is also going to use this new application form for any new organization who wishes to be a Responsible Vendor trainer.
Please send all material to dor_led@state.co.us.
