Dear Liquor Industry Members, Local Clerks, and Stakeholders:
On September 30, 2019, the Liquor Enforcement Division (LED) filed emergency rules and initiated permanent rulemaking proceedings to address necessary fee changes, effective October 1, 2019.
All affected forms will be updated on the Liquor Enforcement Division's website to reflect this change on October 1, 2019. All applications received by the state or local licensing authorities on or after October 1, 2019 are required to be accompanied by the correct fee amount.
Applications received by your local licensing authority prior to October 1, 2019 will be processed using the current fee schedule.
