The Division of Gaming is committed to minimizing COVID-19 exposure risks for all people accessing licensing services by implementing health and safety operating guidelines, established by state and local public health authorities, intended to reduce virus spread. Upon opening offices to the public after being closed due to COVID 19, the Colorado Division of Gaming licensing offices will be opening, by appointment only, for limited in-person licensing services. All other services and functions of the Division of Gaming offices remained closed to the public.
Protocols and Procedures for Obtaining and Renewing Gaming Licenses During the COVID-19 Pandemic
The Division is encouraging licensees to submit license applications via E-Gov, regular mail, or email to firstname.lastname@example.org during the office closure period.
Support License RENEWALS may be submitted via E-Gov, regular mail, or email. If you elect to use E-Gov please ensure that you submit all required documentation in addition to your driver's license or state ID. Please click HERE for information and the link to the E-Gov portal.
All other license types may submit applications via regular mail, or electronically via email. Please click on the blue "APPLY FOR A LICENSE" box below to find applications that may be completed electronically or printed and completed manually. Mail-in applications may be sent to the Division of Gaming at 17301 W. Colfax Ave., Suite 135, Golden, CO, 80401. Electronic applications can be sent to email@example.com
