Dear Liquor Industry Members, Local Clerks, and Stakeholders:

The Liquor Enforcement Division has been working diligently on developing a rule that further defines Biometric Identity Verification through our Regulation 47-912 Identification. The Liquor Enforcement Division has also been working with various stakeholders on developing a new Regulation that addresses Trade Show practices. We invite you to participate in our next Liquor Rules Working Group. It will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2019, from 9am – noon located at the Marijuana Enforcement Division, 1707 Cole Blvd, Suite 300, Golden, CO 80401.

Please review the proposed rule 47-912 Identification.

We would like to thank everyone for their continued engagement and thoughtful input this rule-making year and look forward to seeing you all Wednesday.  Please review the following information if you are not able to attend the working group meeting for 11/20/19.
