The Colorado Energy Office (CEO) works to make energy accessible and affordable for Colorado citizens while reducing emissions, increasing efficiency and advancing innovation. CEO works in renewable energy, zero emissions vehicles, energy efficiency and emissions reduction across the economy.
To achieve our mission and vision, CEO develops and delivers energy services and engages with energy stakeholders and communities to inform policy and programming recommendations to the administration.
CEO is a non-regulatory department within the Governor’s Office.
