State Procurement Rulemaking
A hearing will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 23, 2018, at 1525 Sherman Street, Room 104 (First Floor) Denver, Colorado 80203.
The general purpose of the Executive Director in conducting the rulemaking was to repeal and reenact the Colorado State Procurement Rules to comply with HB 17-1051 concerning the modernization of the Colorado Procurement Code.
