DPA Publishes FY 2015-2016 Performance Plan
The Department of Personnel & Administration finalized its goals for FY 2017. In support of the Governor’s performance planning initiatives and the State Measurement for Accountable, Responsive, and Transparent Government (SMART) Act, DPA published its FY 2016-17 Performance Plan.
DPA’s performance plan lays out single- and three-year goals that support the State’s Vision 2018 goals and measures. The plan includes Strategic Policy Initiatives (SPIs), strategies, and metrics that will help guide the department over the next fiscal year and beyond. DPA will report on progress made toward the goals to Governor’s Office of State Planning and Budgeting (OSPB) and the State Legislature.
DPA’s goals this year focus on customer service, employee engagement, and business operations.
