Contracts & Procurement

The Unit is responsible for maintaining transparency by operating in accordance with all applicable State Statutes and Procurement Codes in procuring products and services for the Department. The Unit is responsible for posting, evaluating, awarding of all solicitations and the drafting of all contracts. The Unit assists the Divisions with developing project timelines, writing statements of work and requirements and the resolution of all contract issues. Additionally, the Unit manages and administers all contracts for the Department.
