Banking - Sunshine E-Mailing
The Sunshine E-Mailing is sent out prior to the 10th of each month to notify subscribers that certain Banking Board meeting items are now available for viewing on the Banking website. The items are:
- the current Banking Board Agenda
- the previous month's Banking Board Bulletin
- Charter/License Application or Rule Hearing Notice (if applicable)
Additionally, a mailing is sent out whenever a Use of Name request is submitted to the Division. The public is given fourteen (14) calendar days in which to submit questions, comments, or objections.
