2020 Colorado Appeals Survey

Colorado law requires all health carriers to report the number and outcome of their internal appeals to the Colorado Division of Insurance by February 1st of each year even if the number of appeals is zero. The data requirements are in Colorado Insurance Bulletin B-4.20 found at, pursuant to 10-16-113.7, C.R.S. and Colorado Insurance Regulation 4-2-17.

This survey is due no later than February 1, 2020.

2020 Small Group Activity Survey

The Colorado Division of Insurance is conducting a survey to obtain information on Colorado's Small Group Activity. Due to survey changes all providers licensed to write Accident and Health Insurance are required to respond.

This survey is due no later than February 1, 2020.

Then please update your company "Market Conduct Contact" information on file with the NAIC. This address may be updated by including it with the submission of the electronic version of the Jurat page with any annual or quarterly financial filings to the NAIC. The Market Conduct Contact is the Division's primary point of contact for survey notifications. However, you may provide additional assistance for other contact by updating more specific company address information using our On-Line Address Maintenance system.
