DORA Interim Executive Director
Ms. Marisol Larez is the Chief Administrative Officer at DORA and currently serves as the Interim Executive Director of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
As the Chief Administrative Officer, she provided departmental oversight over the Operations, Budget, Accounting, Citizen Advocacy and Human Resources functions of the department, which includes 18 FTE. Prior to her appointment as the Chief Administrative Officer, Marisol served as DORA’s Director of Human Resources, where she was responsible for the development, management and delivery of Human Resources services, policies, and programs. She began her state career in 2006 at the Department of Personnel & Administration as an HR Consultant, providing guidance to state agencies on the State of Colorado's selection processes and procedures, personnel rules interpretation, human resource audits, performance management, and statewide model practices.
