Colorado utilizes the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing (SERFF) Access interface. Filings are available online using the link below.
Property and Casualty insurance includes, but is not limited to the following lines of insurance: personal automobile; homeowners; workers’ compensation; commercial liability; title; and commercial automobile.
Life, Accident and Health insurance includes but is not limited to the following lines of insurance: life, health benefit plans (HMO, EPO, PPO and major medical), Supplement (such as Medicare Supplement and Tricare Supplement), Long Term Care, Disability Income, Stop Loss (Health), Viatical Settlements and Limited Benefit (such as Accident, Dread Disease, Hospital Indemnity) and all other lines of health coverage.
If you have limited access to the internet, you can look up filings using the computer kiosks available in DORA's Welcome Center at 1560 Broadway, in the main lobby of the building. At the kiosk, start by going to the main DOI page - dora.colorado.gov/insurance. From there, click on "For Consumers," then on the next page, under the section "Regulating the Insurance Industry," click on "Insurance Rates and Form Filings." That will bring you back to this page.
