Colorado utilizes the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing (SERFF) Access interface.
Property and Casualty insurance includes, but is not limited to the following lines of insurance: personal automobile; homeowners; workers’ compensation; commercial liability; title; and commercial automobile.
Life, Accident and Health insurance includes but is not limited to the following lines of insurance: life, health benefit plans (HMO, EPO, PPO and major medical), Supplement (such as Medicare Supplement and Tricare Supplement), Long Term Care, Disability Income, Stop Loss (Health), Viatical Settlements and Limited Benefit (such as Accident, Dread Disease, Hospital Indemnity) and all other lines of health coverage.
Filings can also be viewed at the Division’s office by appointment only during normal business hours. All reviews and research is done by the individual. There is no charge to view filings or to download to an electronic media, however, there is a cost when printing copies of filings. Please contact the Division to make an appointment at 303-894-7499 / 800-930-3745 (outside the Denver metro area), or submit a formal written records request to the Division to firstname.lastname@example.org.
