Anti-Discrimination Rules and Regulations

The Code of Colorado Regulations (Rules) is a set of standards, to provide guidance, and indicate factors which will be taken into consideration in determining whether or not there has been a violation of the law. These Rules shall be liberally construed to prohibit discriminatory or unfair practices in employment, housing, places of public accommodation and advertising.
