Civil Rights Division Class Schedule for (1) Employment 101 and (2) Fair Housing 101 AND Sign-Up for classes

(1) Employment 101/Anti-Discrimination in Employment: CCRD's training provides the basics of Colorado employment anti-discrimination laws.  The no-cost class includes discussion of protected classes, harassment and discrimination in the workplace, and rights and responsibilities of employers and employees.  CCRD presents Employment 101 at no cost to participants.  Please see the following list of training dates to sign up or view our educational video presentation of Employment 101.   Educational Resources are presented concerning the "Colorado Job Protection and Civil Rights Enforcement Act of 2013":  The Colorado Civil Rights Division's Employment 101 seminar, provides an overview of the "Colorado Job Protection and Civil Rights Enforcement Act of 2013" , which became effective January 1, 2015, in addition to the basics of Colorado employment discrimination.  Educational Resources are presented concerning the "Pregnant Workers Fairness Act":  The Colorado Civil Rights Division's Employment 101 seminar, provides an overview of the "Pregnant Workers Fairness Act" which became effective August 10, 2016, and the Notices required to be distributed and posted by employers. 

Employment 101 referenced in this informational piece is offered at 1560 Broadway, Denver, and the class offerred at 1560 Broadway is approved for two Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits by the Supreme Court of Colorado on the dates shown below.

(2) Fair Housing 101:  Our housing anti-discrimination training provides an introduction to Colorado fair housing laws.  The class focuses on protected classes and disability discrimination, including reasonable accommodations and modifications.  CCRD presents Fair Housing 101 at no cost to participants.  Please see the following list of training dates to sign up.  View our educational video presentation of Fair Housing 101 here.
