Fair Housing 101:  

Our housing anti-discrimination training provides an introduction to Colorado's fair housing laws.  The class focuses on protected classes and disability discrimination, including reasonable accommodations and modifications.  This class also provides an overview of CCRD's process, procedure, and jurisdiction.

Public Accommodations 101:

Public Accommodations 101 provides an introduction to Colorado's anti-discrimination laws as applied to places of public accommodation, as well as an overview of CCRD's process, procedure, and jurisdiction. Topics of discussion include service animals in places of public accommodation and equal access to restrooms.
