Fair Housing 101:  

Our housing anti-discrimination training provides an introduction to Colorado fair housing laws.  The class focuses on protected classes and disability discrimination, including reasonable accommodations and modifications.  This class also provides and overview of CCRD's process, procedure, and jurisdiction.

Topics of discussion include service animals in places of public accommodation, and equal access to restrooms.
