Loveland physician relinquishes license
DENVER (April 22, 2016) — On April 21, 2016, Loveland, Colorado physician Harold Melvin Cherne relinquished his license, meaning he may not practice medicine. According to the relinquishment, a disciplinary document, the Colorado Medical Board alleges Dr. Cherne failed to respond to a complaint filed against him and to a subpoena for medical records. Such behavior constitutes unprofessional conduct which is grounds for discipline of a physician license.
