Rapid Re-housing Re-entry RFA

The Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), through its Division of Housing (DOH), is requesting applications for a Rapid Re-housing (RRH) Re-entry Program that is prioritized for individuals experiencing homelessness who have been involved in the criminal justice system, with a preference for those who have behavioral health conditions, are frequent or high-cost consumers of various public systems, and have long histories of homelessness or would be homeless upon release from a correction setting. The RRH Re-entry Program aims to end the cycle of homelessness and incarceration by connecting individuals who would be exiting or have already exited incarceration into homelessness to affordable, supportive housing.
