Marijuana Enforcement Grant

The Gray and Black Market Marijuana Enforcement Grant Program's purpose is to provide financial assistance through reimbursements to local law enforcement and district attorneys for actual expenses related to investigation and prosecution of unlicensed marijuana cultivation or distribution operations.

The grant program has four (4) funding priorities:

  1. Rural areas 
  2. Large scale operations
  3. Organized crime operations or 
  4. Operations that divert marijuana outside of Colorado.
