For the E-Filing Portal, if you have not received a User ID for your local government, please contact us at 303-864-7720. We will need to ensure your contact information is current in our system, as your User ID when generated will be forwarded to the email on file with our office.

For the Grants Portal, if you do not have an account, use the "Don’t have an account?" link to enter information to create a new account. If you have lost your user ID, please use the "Forgot your user ID?" link to have an email sent to you with your user ID.
  • Only PDF documents can be accepted. If you are unsure of how to convert a Word document to a PDF, call DLG, and we will walk you through it. (If you do not have Adobe, several free options exist.)
  • Make sure all required budget materials are combined into ONE PDF. If multiple documents are submitted separately for a single filing, they will be rejected, and you will be asked to combine them and resubmit.
  • Make sure all documents are signed where applicable (resolutions and other certifications).
  • This website will walk you through filing a grant application online. Should you have a successful application that results in an award, this portal will also walk you through the contracting and reporting requirements. 
  • You are solely responsible for the accurate and timely filing of your application and any reporting requirements.
  • You will receive an automated receipt by email showing that your application and/or reports were received. If you do not receive this automated receipt, please call our office to ensure we received your application and reports.
