These final assessments must be reviewed by a higher level before reviewed with individual employees. Evaluations are due in the Human Resource office by April 30, 2018. Simultaneously, the development of employee performance goals for the 2018-2019 evaluation year are to be established and discussed with the employee and the signature sheet submitted to Human Resources also by April 30, 2018. Supervisors received a performance management newsletter earlier in the month. If you are a supervisor and did not receive this communique, please notify Human Resources as soon as possible.
Bi-Weekly Pay Initiative Update
The State is transitioning to a bi-weekly pay system beginning July 1 of this year. In the coming months, employees will receive a variety of emails that contain tools, calculators, and resources to assist you in planning for the change as it affects finances. One of the planned initiatives include a health and dental benefit holiday on the month of transition (currently scheduled for July, 2018)! Education and planning are a key part of making this a smooth transition for all. More in-depth information will be shared at the all-state employee meeting occuring on April 19 at 1:00 p.m., Centennial location. If you are unable to participate in this discussion due to geographic limitations or work requirements, please let HR know if a time can be scheduled with your group to provide you with this same information. In the meantime, visit the biweekly pay website, for additional information.
