DHSEM Seeking Whole Community Inclusion Emergency Planners
To promote and strengthen inclusive, whole community planning in Colorado. The Colorado Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (DHSEM) developed an integrated strategic plan to establish a statewide network of community-based, whole community inclusion emergency planners. State, regional, and local jurisdictions are conducting whole community inclusion planning, training, and exercises. However, these activities are not synchronized or coordinated. With continued support from the general assembly, the DHSEM Access and Functional Needs (AFN) Program and its network of regional whole community inclusion planners will provide coordination, information sharing, and collaboration to strengthen not only AFN planning, but also whole community planning across Colorado. This solicitation pertains to the South Central All-Hazard Region (SCR) and San Luis Valley All-Hazard Region (SLVR), both in the State of

After entering the website click on the tab labeled "public access" on the left side of screen. Next, in the "keyword search" box type in the blank white space the number "0101" to bring up the solicitation and attachments. The process for applying for the positions are detailed in the attachments.
