Division of Human Resources Emergency Rulemaking
The general purpose of this emergency rulemaking (docket 2020-00460) is to modify 4 CCR 801-1, Rule 5-39 of the Personnel Director’s Administrative Procedures in anticipation of an extension of a declared disaster. This emergency rule will be in effect for 120 days. The original emergency rule was filed under docket 2020-00132
