Annual Compensation Reports

The State of Colorado provides competitive compensation in order to recruit, retain, and motivate a qualified and diverse workforce. The annual compensation plan also highlights pay differentials, minimum wage, and statutory salary lids all of which are part of the total rewards/compensation package. 


The annual compensation report are highlighted in the FY 2014-15  Annual Total Compensation Report and the  FY2014-15 Director's Letter.
