Compliance Training

All employees in the State Personnel System are required to complete training on topics that promote a safe and ethical workplace. The Center for Organizational Effectiveness (COE) administers statewide compliance training, and is responsible for maintaining training content and registrations. Compliance training bears no cost to agencies. In order to use the statewide compliance training, agency representatives coordinate with COE to get employees registered in the courses. After employees are registered they will receive messages from COE with instruction on how to complete the required training.

There are currently four required compliance training modules:

  • Discrimination and Harassment
  • Ethics
  • Sexual Harassment
  • Violence in the Workplace

Contact COE to discuss compliance training:

COE leads the implementation of statewide compliance training. Not all agencies have implemented the latest training. Contact your agency HR team to find out more. The following agencies host their compliance training on an internal site. If you are with one of the below agencies, please contact your HR team to coordinate compliance training.
