IDS Customer Support

To best serve agencies, IDS believes it is important to partner with each client in order to develop an in-depth understanding of the agency’s requirements. By doing so, IDS will be able to design and produce documents that get each message across effectively while minimizing costs associated with producing and distributing documents.

IDS’ Customer Service Team ensures that everyone receives superior service and product quality. Whether a state, federal, county, or city entity, IDS will provide estimates and advice on submitting projects for production. IDS communicates schedules, and works proactively to deliver high quality services on time.

Customer Support Reps — Find Your IDS Customer Service Agency Account Rep

Customer Support Representatives (CSR) are assigned to specific departments and can answer questions, receive orders, track job status, assist in planning upcoming projects, or discuss how IDS can improve its services.

  • Request Estimates: please contact the Customer Service Team at 303-866-4100 option 1, or via email at ids.customerservice@state.co.us.
  • To Submit a Request for Design, Print, or Mail Job: please provide a completed Request Form. Requests do not need to be routed through purchasing — simply submit directly to IDS along with each project. In addition, IDS is equipped to receive files directly via email or FTP.
