Please include a list of all principal speakers, agenda, props, stages, sound equipment and other items to be provided by applicant/sponsor, if available (approx. number and size(s) of supports, standards and handles, necessary medical/sanitary facilities and other similar items). Also include proposed route of any march or parade and plans for the orderly termination and dispersal of the proposed activity that might affect the regular flow of traffic. If more room is needed, please attach information on separate a sheet. Permit-holders must adhere to all laws set forth by the State of Colorado, and laws set forth by the City and County of Denver.
*A fully-refundable deposit of $50 is required to obtain the electrical box key for events held outside of normal business hours (M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Event Marshals are representatives of your group who will be on-site for the duration of the event, and serve as points-of-contact with Capitol Complex, State Patrol and the public.

REQUEST FOR WAIVER OF 30-DAY NOTIFICATION
Pursuant to State Capitol Buildings Group Grounds Permit Regulations 6.2 and 6.3: Applications to conduct an Event at the State Capitol Complex Grounds may be obtained from the Department of Personnel & Administration, Division of Central Services, located at 1525 Sherman Street, B-15, Denver, Colorado 80203. Applications will not be accepted more than 180 days nor less than 30 days before a proposed Event is scheduled to occur. Applications must be legible and complete, and on the approved form. Applicants may apply for a waiver from the requirement of a minimum of 30 day notice prior to an event. The Executive Director may grant a waiver if it appears that, under the circumstances, it will be possible to adequately protect the public safety, health, and welfare. To request a waiver, applicants complete the “Request for Waiver of 30 Day Notification” section of the application.
