In addition to the IDS Operational email that was sent on March 16, 2020 to all IDS customers, as the Secure Office Print Ecosystem (SOPE) manager, I want to reassure all SOPE customers you are a top priority.

With the impact of the COVID-19 community spread, IDS' Secure Office Print Ecosystem (SOPE) is doing everything we can to plan and protect your best interests and ensure that you have the document resources and services you need.

As of today, March 18, 2020, IDS SOPE is continuing to operate under our regular business schedule. We are prepared to address the needs of all customers on a day-by-day basis to combat any potential service interruption or temporary service suspension.

If there is any change in our regular service operation, we will notify customers as an issue arises and will work with you and your teams for a temporary solution as needed.
