Capitol Complex Building & Facilities Management


Capitol Complex State Building Management includes assistance with electrical, elevator, plumbing, lighting, HVAC, grounds maintenance, and general maintenance/repair issues. Capitol Complex manages several state buildings and parking lots as shown below. Click on each for a map of the specific locations.

Tenants wishing to allocate new or additional space, make alterations to existing space including paint, new carpet, or office space reconfigurations within Capitol Complex-managed buildings should submit a Project Space Request.

For Capitol Complex tenants who regularly request routine maintenance for their offices, work order requests may be entered by calling the Help Desk at 303-866-4357.
